From an e-mail posted to the Big Sioux Brewing Society’s listserve:

Thanks to Paul and everyone at Dakota Home Brewers for your support. With Paul’s email and countless hours spent emailing and calling, LD Carlson has chosen us to distribute their products! Yeah-finally!

We will place an order this upcoming Monday and will receive shipment the week after Thanksgiving. We can’t get it any earlier due to the holiday, unfortunately, but we have a large list to order!

If you need anything immediately, please let us know so we can place it on our order with LD Carlson.

We do have a shipment of Wyeast Activator packs coming in tomorrow. They will be located in our walk-in beer cave so you can have a chance to look at the selection – just wear a coat!

Since we are new to this, we may need alot of advice, but we will try our best to get everyone what they need. In fact, we have hired Jaimie Knudson who worked at the Heart of the Vine for 13 years. She will be working every Saturday and obviously knows the inventory.

Let us know what you need and we will order. We are so excited to get into this business and we look forward to working with all of you. Paul already has some really great ideas to work together to spread the word about home brewing. It’s going to be a great partnership. Have a great weekend!
