Fan transportation to USD playoff game available

VERMILLION, S.D. - Fans who wish to travel to South Dakota's NCAA Division II football playoff game at Northwood (Mich.) can make arrangements through the USD ticket office by calling (605) 677-5959.
Two forms of transportation to Midland, Mich., are available as fans can choose between a fan bus or reserving seats on a chartered airplane. The deadline to sign up for either option is today (Wednesday) at noon. The price for a plane ticket, which also includes bus transportation in Michigan and a hotel room is $375 for a double-occupancy hotel room or $410 for a single-occupancy hotel room. The flight will depart from Sioux Falls at 9 o'clock Friday morning and the return flight is slated to take off at 6 p.m. (EST) Saturday.
The second option for getting to the game is a fan bus which will also leave Friday morning. It will pick up fans in Sioux Falls at 6 a.m. The bus will then travel to Vermillion for a second pick-up at 7:15 a.m. Locations for both pick-ups wil be announced later this week.
The cost for the bus trip is $145 for a double-occupancy hotel room or $180 for a single-occupancy hotel room. The price does not include a ticket to the football game. The bus will return to Vermillion and Sioux Falls immediately following the game. If a minimum of 40 spots are not reserved by today's deadline, the bus trip will be cancelled.
