Northeast offers online computer classes

NORFOLK, Neb. n Northeast Community College will offer several one-credit-hour classes that will be taught entirely on the Internet beginning July 2.
In Web Page Development Online, instructor Diane Becker will introduce students to the basics of HTML (Hyper-Text Markup Language) as they plan, design and create Internet Web pages.
In Introduction to Internet Online, instructor Diane Becker will teach students about the Internet, electronic mail and using a web browser to navigate the World Wide Web.
Microsoft Access Online will give students practical experience in operating the database portion of this Microsoft Office suite, including records, fields, table, queries, and reports. Diane Born is the instructor.
Microsoft PowerPoint Online will teach students to create, edit and present a slide presentation with text, bullets, clip art, pictures and animations. Diane Born also will teach this class.
All course work for all classes must be completed by Aug. 3.
All one-credit online classes are $69.50 each{M3 for Nebraska residents. Students may register online at {M3www.northeastcollege.com. Or, they may call (402) 844-7265 to register.
