Mustangs win two duals by lopsided margins

Morningside College improved its wrestling record to 3-0 with a pair of lopsided victories Wednesday. The Mustangs blanked Central 57-0 and rolled past York 45-3.

In their first three matches of the season, the Mustangs have dropped only two matches.

Morningside recorded pins in five of the last six matches against Central. Joe Keleher took just 26 seconds to flatten Kevin Yeoman at 165 pounds while Weston Frahm (174), Jake Stevenson (184) and Shawn Meyer (Hwt.) followed with pinfalls.

Moore and Keleher also pinned their foes in the York dual. York beat Central 36-24 in the other dual Wednesday.

Morningside will compete in the Augsburg College Open Saturday in Minneapolis, Minn.
