" Just what we need, another temporary agency promising that if you work for them, they will place you at a firm that will offer you employment after x amount of months. Yippe!!! Work for them 4 months without any benefits or vacation, and the company doesn't hire anyone on a permanent basis. The company gets cheap labor without paying what it pays regular employees. This creates hostile work environments, puts families in stressful situations, and is misleading to people trying to earn a living. Companies like Wells Dairy in Lemars have committed to employe more people, bu the way they are doing it now is taking advantage of people. Yeah, like I said. Just what we need. Another temp agency to replace permanent employees. "
