Man sentenced for nude photos

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- A man who took photos of men showering at Augustana College in Sioux Falls has been sentenced to 10 days in jail and a $200 fine.
Timothy Shane Fuehrer of Phoenix, Ariz., pleaded guilty in a March plea agreement to disorderly conduct.
The 36-year-old was caught in December with a camera phone containing 59 photos of nude males. Some of the images were shot at the Augustana's Elmen Center.
A magistrate judge suspended 20 additional days in jail for three years of probation.
