Regents add three degree programs

ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) -- The South Dakota Board of Regents has approved three new degree programs at state universities.
A master's degree in strategic leadership and a minor in outdoor education will be added at Black Hill State University in Spearfish.
Northern State University in Aberdeen will add a bachelor's degree in musical theater.
The regents approved the degrees at their meeting last week in Aberdeen.
