CHARTER OAK, Iowa -- Peggy Pithan, 77, of Charter Oak passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at her home.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Soldier Lutheran Church in Soldier, Iowa. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery at Charter Oak. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. today, with a prayer service at 5:30 p.m., at Huebner Funeral Home in Charter Oak.
Survivors include her husband, Leonard of Charter Oak; a daughter, Patricia McCall and her husband, Michael of Castana, Iowa; a son, Scott Pithan and his wife, Virginie of Mankato, Minn.; five grandchildren, Jennifer Anderson, Victor McCall, Taylor Pithan, Ethan Pithan and Cody Pithan; two great-grandchildren, Macie and Mallory McCall; a sister, Janet Barnes and her husband, David of Mendocino, Calif.; a brother, James Owen and his wife, Roberta of Melbourne, Fla.; her mother-in-law, Verna Pithan of Charter Oak; and a sister-in-law, Lois Duncan of Denison.
