What is there to worry about?

Posted: Sunday, July 06, 2008
LAWTON, Iowa -- I don't know what everyone worries about. Sure, oil prices are high, gas prices are high, food prices are high, but all will be resolved when Barack Hussein Obama wins in November, right? Remember what Hillary said "the sky will open, the light will come down, celestial choirs will be singing and everyone will know we should do the right thing and the world will be perfect!"

" Well I can say somebody would have occupied Iraq if not for us. And why shouldnt Bush make money on gas he is a person too and needs to make money. It is just he is getting the best of you and it is not fair. When the wool is pulled from our blinded eyes by an untied hand only then we will see. Once we step out the cave and into the sun we are still blinded by the blazing light. We found the shadows were mere reflections of others from the fire in the cave which lead to our discovery of the truth. "

If you dont like it i am sorry. "

" Douglas - 70% of the current national debt is attributable to the last 3 Republican administrations. Any search for "national debt" will turn up charts that compare spending deficits between Republican and Democratic administrations and congressional majorities. The GOP uses the "lower taxes and smaller government" mantra quite effectively with an economically naive voter base, but the truth is that our country has fared better under almost every Democratic leadership. Both spend and tax, only the Republicans hide their taxation behind ballooning debt and shrinking currency and offer no support of the infrastructure or society. The driving motivation for the GOP is to gain control of the massive federal budget to direct it to their choice of beneficiaries, and that certainly doesn't include working Americans. I will take beneficial social investment programs and balanced budgets anytime over that larceny. "

" McCain will mean another term of Bush, only worse. McCain is even more trigger happy about war with Iran which would be disasterous. McCain has flip-flopped on "stay the course in Iraq" to a Rumsfeld critic, privatize social security to not privitize, drill off shore oil to not to drill, for windfall profits tax on oil companies to no windfall profits tax, to increase education benefits for the Vets and voted against it, for abortion rights to against abortion rights, for gay marriage to against gay marriage, not for warrantless wiretaps to for warrantless wiretaps, for unilateral talks with questionable countries to against unilateral talks, and wants to be close to the Bush administration while trying to distance himself from Bush! And many more flip-flops, too many to mention in this limited space!! "

" So if Doug's perfect world comes about, does that mean no more of his moronic minis too? January can't come soon enough. "
