DALLAS (AP) -- Dallas police say three young siblings riding in a car have been critically hurt in gunfire outside an apartment complex.
Police say the shooting victims -- a 4-year-old girl, a 10-year-old boy and their 12-year-old sister -- were in the back seat of the vehicle when it was fired upon early Wednesday.
The children were taken to a hospital by a relative.
Sr. Cpl. Gerardo (ger-RAHR'-doh) Monreal (mahn-ray-AHL) says the children are in critical but stable condition.
A motive for the shootings was not immediately known. So far no arrests, but Dallas police are talking with several witnesses.
