'Iraq misadventure:' Bush's legacy
Posted: Wednesday, July 30, 2008
ORANGE CITY, Iowa -- The current president supposedly has wondered what history will think of him. Now we know that his Iraq misadventure, fostered with lies and propaganda, has cost $648 billion, to say nothing of thousands of lives lost or ruined. Iraq itself may never get over this invasion, which has served to inflame the major religious sects.

Wow, I must be delusional to think you lefty's would even read this, let alone comprehend it. "

Keith, I'm going to tell them not to read any "conspiratorial" revisionist history books that are written by any-one representing the "far-left". That way I won't have to worry about their minds getting warped so bad that they become "loons". "

" Whether you're for the war, or against it, you have to admit that Bush has bungled every step of it since day one. He'll go down in history as the most incompetent Commander-in-Chief that America has ever seen. "
Ann, that'll depend on if a "Liberal" historian is writing about the war, or, someone who is actually objective.
Looking back, as wars go, this one has been fought quite intelligently, with fewer American and civilian lives lost than ever before. And, as far as the cost of the war in dollars is concerned, we'll be reaping the benefits of this endeavor for years to come in the form of friendly governments right in the middle of the middle east. That is, if we don't let you "liberals" cause us to embrace defeat.
Plain and simple: history will be kinder to GWB than most folks today could ever imagine. "
