It's going to be hot again today
But it won't be as bad as Sunday

Sunday's sauna-like weather may have had Northwest Iowans yearning for the below-normal temperatures of this spring and early summer.
Today won't bring that degree of relief, but the temperature and humidity are supposed to ease a bit, according to Kyle Weisser, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service office in Sioux Falls.
Weisser said Siouxland narrowly escaped receiving a heat advisory Sunday and will be out of range of one today.
We can expect the temperature today to be closer to 90, rather than Sunday's 96. And, the dew point, basically the moisture in the air, should dip to 70 or 75. Those two factors should produce a heat index of around 100 by this afternoon.
"The more moisture in the air, the harder it is for your body's sweat to evaporate," Weisser said. "It'll still feel nasty, but it won't be dangerously hot Monday."
Mercy Medical Center -- Sioux City still has its Operation Heat Relief in effect, according to spokesman Mike Krysl. Anyone suffering from the heat may seek relief in the hospital's south lobby or cafeteria, which is on the third floor of the south building, until the close of visiting hours.
"If they still need relief, we can direct them to another location where they'll be safe overnight," he said.
St. Luke's Regional Medical Center said it also makes its cafeteria available to those seeking relief from the heat.
