Something to think about

HINTON, Iowa -- In response to Sunday's letter if Obama would have been president on 9/11, I don't think she is sure about Obama's abilities when she said it's "possible" that Obama "might" have paid particular attention to an intelligence memo.

Let us not forget all the great and intelligent Democrats like Clinton, Kennedy and Kerry who voted for the war. I am sure they also knew about the memo and had the same intelligence reports read to them.

In the last eight years, President Bush has had to fight two wars: the war against the terrorists and the war with the Democrats. As far as I'm concerned about the last eight years of the Busih administration, I would take "20 terms" of Bush before I would take "one day" of Barack Hussein Obama. Think about it folks when you go to vote in November. -- Charles Jensen

It was the baby boomer's who caused the recession of the 70s when they entered the workforce. What about $50 trillion in entitlements, starting now? People live longer but healthcare will only go up. What about the fact the dollar has rebounded higher in the last 2 months than it has in almost 35 years without one shred of good news to indicate a recovery? Bernanke says the worst is yet to come so who is manipulating the dollar?

Neither McCain or Obama are talking about these monsters just now crawling out from under the bed, I wonder how much they know about Kondratieff cycles? Drilling isn't going to matter. "
