Man injured in Dixon County motorcycle crash

WATERBURY, Neb. -- A 59-year-old Aurora, Colo., man was injured Wednesday in Dixon County when he lost control of the motorcycle he was riding.
The accident happened about 9 p.m. Wednesday on Highway 20 near the Waterbury turn off.
The Dixon County Sheriff's Office said in a statement that the man, whose identity has not been released, hit loose gravel and lost control of the motorcycle. He was transported to Mercy Medical Center -- Sioux City, by Ponca Rescue. His condition is unknown.
