Vermillion hosting Ribs, Rods & Rock 'n' Roll

VERMILLION, S.D. -- Visitors can experience fast cars, loud music and barbecued ribs Sept. 5 and 6 at Ribs, Rods & Rock'n Roll in downtown Vermillion.
Beginning at 4 p.m. Sept. 5, the event features six bands throughout the two days, a car show and the State Barbeque Championship.
Those attending can also take in expert barbecue demonstrations, a street dance at 9 p.m. Sept. 5 and a Sept. 6 concert at 6 p.m. featuring the band Hyentyte.
