SIOUX CITY -- Kailey Lynn Nichols, 10-year-old daughter of Michael and Mandy Nichols of Sioux City, died Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008, at Children's Hospital in Omaha.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Morningside Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., at Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home.
