Sioux City schedules surplus auction sale Saturday

SIOUX CITY -- The City of Sioux City will host an auction at 8:30 a.m. Saturday to dispose of surplus property and vehicles.
The auction will be held at the city's Central Maintenance Garage, 1821 18th St. It will be held in cooperation with the Siouxland District Health Department, Juvenile Court Services, Woodbury County, City of Sergeant Bluff and City of South Sioux City.
Auction sale bills are available on the city's Web site at http://www.sioux-city.org, at City Hall or by calling the purchasing office at (712) 279-6235. Sale items may be inspected at the Central Maintenance Garage beginning at 8 a.m. the day of the sale.
The sale will include office furniture and equipment as well as a large assortment of building materials, construction equipment and landscape maintenance equipment. There also will be bicycles and approximately 38 vehicles, including sedans and trucks.
