Will your vote secure your dreams?

MOORHEAD, Iowa -- I ask our college youth who are mesmerized with Barack Obama: Are you going to college with a dream of someday being an independent employer, maybe an innovator in technology or a job that will secure your future with a retirement plan?

The tax cuts we now have benefit businesses and individuals large and small, without a profit these businesses cannot continue or expand their business. Therefore, employees who work there are not secure in their future. Without profit an individual cannot reach their future goals.

Taxes only create more dependence on government handouts, higher taxes on any business or individual that makes a profit creates an unstable economy. Will your dreams be shattered because Sen. Obama wants to raise taxes on businesses and individuals that make a profit? Sen Obama wants to redistribute the profit a business or individual makes to those who sit and feed off the government because of their bad choices. It is greedy for an individual or company to make a profit or is it a greedy liberal government that tax and spends your profit? When voting, you have to think how your future may be affected by your vote. Will your vote count toward securing your future dreams? -- Joyce Harris

" Goverment employees, MOST VOTING DEMOCRAT, have received about 30% in pay raises since 2001. Why? Because both parties have their voting blocks, dems have government employees, social workers, and welfare users. Republicans have business owners. "

Sorry but President Bush IS NOT a conservative. No True Conservative would have taken Ted Kennedy's No Child Left Behind Bill and signed it into law. "
