Social Work Ethics Training slated Oct. 29

SIOUX CITY -- The Siouxland Non-Profit Management Alliance will offer Social Work Ethics Training from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Oct. 29 at Pioneer Bank, 4100 Singing Hills Blvd.
SIOUX CITY -- The Siouxland Non-Profit Management Alliance will offer Social Work Ethics Training from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Oct. 29 at Pioneer Bank, 4100 Singing Hills Blvd.
Bob Jackson, clinical associate professor and director of distance education for the University of Iowa School of Social Work, will present "Social Work and Boundary Issues: Thoughts on Managing Dual Relationships."
This workshop will cover some of the possible conflicts and offer guidelines for risk management and avoiding ethical misconduct. The cost to register is $45 and includes three social work CEUs and continental breakfast. The CEUs will be provided through Iowa State University.
