Put trust in God's word

WAYNE, Neb. -- There does need to be a change in today's society. However voting for a candidate who promotes abortion and homosexuality is not the answer. We need to start putting God back into this country's society. Promoting evils such as homosexuality, abortion, embroyic stem cell research, pornography, etc. is not God's will; it's society's will.

If we keep putting God on the back burner, this nation will not be strong, and it won't because of our present president. When we start putting God back into our homes, schools, and all aspects of society, then there will a positive change. We need to stop trusting in human laws and start trusting in God's law.

In this upcoming election, we need to vote for life. We as people of faith need and must vote for the candidate who at least respects the human dignity of a baby in the mother's womb. How is abortion and other evils that is being promoted going to stop if we continue voting for candidate(s) who is/are for death? Also remember, the president decides on the next Supreme Court justices. If we vote for a candidate who opposes God's will, he will choose justices who also oppose God's will. Only through God's grace will you vote for life. -- Michael Fehringer
