Sacred Heart School hosts Veterans Day event

SIOUX CITY -- Bishop Heelan Catholic Schools will host a Veterans Day assembly at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Sacred Heart School gymnasium, 5010 Military Road.
Attending the event will be Sacred Heart students and staff, veterans, the Honor Guard of the 185th Air Refueling Wing, Iowa Air National Guard, and Sacred Heart Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.
The patriotic assembly will honor those who have served or are currently serving in the nation's armed forces, the nation’s prisoners of war and those missing in action.
