Sioux Center man faces drug charges

ORANGE CITY, Iowa -- A Northwest Iowa man faces prison time for allegedly selling cocaine twice to an undercover sheriff's deputy.

According to court documents, Eric Ruben Espinoza, 25, of Sioux Center, was arrested Tuesday on two charges of delivery of cocaine. He is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing Nov. 25 in Orange City, Iowa.

The charges are Class C felonies punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

According to a criminal complaint and affidavit, Espinoza allegedly delivered cocaine twice to an undercover Sioux County Sheriff's deputy in Sioux Center.

The sales allegedly happened on Sept. 15 in the 500 block of North Main Avenue, which is on the west side of Central Park, and on Sept. 19 in the Wal-Mart parking lot.

According to court documents, Espinoza also uses the identity of Erick Hernandez-Hernandez, 22.

He has a few other names he used to get a job in Sioux County so he could sell drugs! He has no business in America! Did Obama give him a drivers license yet? Make sure ACORN gets him registered to vote just like the other million illegals they signed up. "
