Katy Kaliszewski and Jason Rush exchanged marriage vows Aug. 9 at Eastside Lutheran Church, Sioux Falls, S.D. A reception was at the Westward Ho Country Club in Sioux Falls.
The couple are at home in Sioux City, following a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico. The bride is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a degree in family and consumer science. She earned a master's degree from Southwest Minnesota State University. She is a FACS teacher at North High School. The groom attended the University of South Dakota and SDSU. He is general manager at Tekamah Ford, Lincoln, Mercury in Tekamah, Neb.
The bride is the daughter of Teresa and Jeffrey Bard of Sioux Falls, and Edward and Becky Kaliszewski of Lake of the Ozarks, Mo. The groom is the son of William and Karen Rush of Sioux Falls.
Included in the wedding party were Heidi Williamson, maid of honor; Jill Frislie, Micky Berglin, Nadia Kaliszewski, bridesmaids; James Smithback, best man; Kai Kaliszewski, Michael Rush, Brian Rush, attendants; and Lukas Kaliszewski, Todd Weiland, Troy Weiland, Corey Vickery, ushers.
