Iowa Arts Council will visit Okoboji

DES MOINES -- The Iowa Arts Council will hold an "Office on the Road" and board of trustees meetings next month at Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center in Okoboji.
"Office on the Road" will be from noon to 3 p.m.Dec. 4 and the IAC board of trustees will meet at 8:30 a.m.Dec. 5.
During "Office on the Road" hours, IAC staff will offer artists and organizations assistance and guidance with Iowa Arts Council grant programs, project planning and artist rosters and resources.
{M3 People interested in meeting with IAC staff should contact Bruce Williams at bruce.williams@iowa.gov or (515) 281-4006 by 3 p.m. Dec. 3 to schedule 20-minute appointments.
IAC’s board of trustees and staff will arrive in Okoboji Dec. 4 and tour the Iowa Great Lakes Maritime Museum and Iowa Rock 'N Roll Museum in Arnolds Park and the Sami Bedell Center for the Performing Arts in Spirit Lake. The group will attend a reception that evening at the Pearson Lakes Art Center in Okoboji.
