Should the jailed former CEO of a northeast Iowa kosher slaughterhouse be allowed to pay for armed guards and post more than $10 million in bail so he can be released pending trial?

" The guy is probably guilty, but he hasn't been convicted. So if the judge allows bail and and he can come up with $10 million, so be it. That is our criminal justic system. It may not be perfect, but try to find a better one. And if he skips town, which seems unlikely, we at least have $10 million to help pay for the mess he left. "

" He should not be released on Bail. The millions he made from illegal workers should be given to the state of Iowa for the damage he did to the State. Breaking our soverign laws and child labor laws repeatedly should be punished severely. A lengthy jail term with the confiscation of all the millions he made seems apporpriate. "
