Siouxland Community Health Center plans move

SIOUX CITY -- The Siouxland Community Health Center, 1021 Nebraska St., will be closed Thursday and Friday to facilitate its move to its new building in the same city block.
The health center will reopen at 1 p.m. Monday in the new facility.
The health center will retain its current address, P.O. Box 5410, 1021 Nebraska St., Sioux City, IA 51102: The telephone numbers also will remain the same: (712) 252-2477, toll free 888-371-1965, dental, (712) 202-1006 and pharmacy (712) 255-4204.
The new three-story clinic has 61,000 square feet of space. The federally-funded clinic serves low-income patients, many of whom don't have health insurance. The clinic offers both medical and dental services and will add radiology in the new building. The clinic also has an on-site pharmacy and offers some laboratory services.
