SIOUX CITY -- The founder of the Essential Estrogen Web log will hold a seminar to tout the merits of launching political blogs.
Lynda Waddington of Cedar Rapids will show members of the Democratic Party how to develop campaign Web pages and blogs for female candidates. The event will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Mary Tregalia Center in Sioux City.
