OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - Sentencing has been delayed for an Omaha woman accused of keeping a dangerous dog that partially scalped a toddler.

Tina Agerson was set to be sentenced Thurdsay, but a last-minute change in judges delayed her sentencing until Dec. 18. In September, Agerson pleaded no contest to harboring a dangerous dog and other counts.

Police say Agerson's dog slipped his leash in June and attacked two toddlers and the mother of 1 of the children. One child, Charlotte Blevins, lost part of her scalp during the attack.

The girl has had several reconstructive surgeries since then, and her mother says she's facing more than $100,000 in medical bills.

Agerson faces up to six months in jail and a $500 fine each of the charges.
