Police looking for material witness in Osceola shooting

OSCEOLA, Iowa (AP) - Police are looking for a material witness in connection with a Saturday night shooting that left one man injured.

Police issued a material-witness warrant for 21-year-old Jesus Jacobo, who they say may have information about the shooting.

Police are also seeking a 2000 Honda Accord with Iowa license plates.

Police responded to the shooting at about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, where they found an unidentified 28-year-old man shot.

The man was taken to Clarke County Hospital in Osceola, then airlifted to Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.

The case remains under investigation.
