STURGIS, S.D. (AP) - A Sturgis woman accused of providing prescription drugs to her 17-year-old son and his friends has been indicted on four felony charges.
A grand jury indicted Tara Fairbanks on charges of distribution of a controlled substance, unauthorized possession of a controlled substance, obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and keeping a place for the use or sale of a controlled substance.
The 37-year-old was arrested after a party last month at which juveniles reportedly used prescription drugs, alcohol and cough medicine.
