CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (AP) - The top four seeds advanced to the semifinals of the NWCA National Duals with victories on Saturday.
Top-seeded and defending champion Iowa breezed into the semifinals with a 38-3 win over Wyoming and a 28-7 win over Minnesota.
The Hawkeyes will meet fourth-seed Nebraska in Sunday's semifinals for the second straight year. The Huskers rallied from a 16-0 hole to beat Penn State 20-16 in the quarterfinals and also edged Northwestern 19-18 in the first round.
Meanwhile, No. 2 Iowa State earned a semifinal berth against third-seed Cornell by rolling over Indiana 35-0 and slipping past Boise State 19-15.
Boise State led 15-10 after the 184-pound match, but got a pin by Jake Varner at 197 and a decision by David Zabriskie at heavyweight to rally.
Cornell beat Michigan 23-9 and edged Ohio State 17-16 in the quarterfinals.
The tournament concludes on Sunday.
