BANCROFT, Neb. -- A poet and photographer who combined their skills will talk about their work on display at the John G. Neihardt State Historic Site in Bancroft on Sunday.
At 2 p.m., poet Jean Miller and photographer Susan Lawler will discuss their black-and-white photographs and poems and their collaboration that resulted in the book "Right Here on the Ground." Their work, which includes images of fence lines, cemeteries and fog-enshrouded farmsteads, will be on display at the site through Nov. 30.
