SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- A storm system moving across Kansas could bring a mix of light rain and snow to parts of eastern Nebraska and southwest Iowa today and tonight.

The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Burt, Cedar, Cuming, Colfax, Pierce, Sarpy, Thurston, and Wayne counties in Nebraska; and Monona County in Iowa.

Any accumulation will be an inch or less over southeast Nebraska.
